The building, despite its age, is in impeccable condition. The room, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable, provided jaw-dropping views from its big balcony. It was equipped with everything needed including a fridge, hotplates, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The unit also boasted a huge TV and efficient air-conditioning. The pool was nice, and the location was extremely convenient. it was an excellent value for money stay.

It was incredible and great close to everything. Pleasant and respectful staff, gave us good recommendations. No reason to complain, didn't want to say goodbye.

Good location short walk to beach, bars and Jomtien for 8 years, and the room was well-kept. Even though the bed here was a bit hard; I had a delightful stay for 6 nights stay. Affable staff, they gave nice tips.

The rooms at View Talay Condominium by Vlad Property are huge and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a beach getaway. As someone who loves spacious accommodations, I was delighted to find that the rooms had plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The flat-screen TVs in the rooms were a great addition, perfect for catching up on my favorite shows after a long day under the sun. The kitchenette in the suite was really handy, allowing me to prepare simple meals and snacks during my stay. The private terrace with sea views was a fantastic spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink, while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Personally, I found the hair dryer in the bathroom to be a bit weak, but I know others might not mind it.

You can even relax on the balcony and enjoy a partial sea view. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were some maintenance issues with the room, such as an old and uncomfortable mattress, scratches on the walls, and a shower with a curtain.

the rate we got was a bargain and the panoramic view of the bay and surrounding area from our balcony was breathtaking. the condo itself was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and pristine cleanliness. the pool was great and the lifts were fast and efficient. the location was safe and convenient, with shops, transportation, and beach walkways nearby. the staff, especially Ms. Elle, were incredibly friendly and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to visit again. Cons: Nothing 😊.

We recently stayed at View Talay Condominium for a week-long vacation. The sea views from our modern and spacious room were absolutely breathtaking. The location of the property is a real highlight, with the beach only a short walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby. The laundry service provided by Ann Laundry was excellent, and we were impressed by the hospitality of Vlad, Elle, and the entire team. a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

I got great value for my money with a room that had amazing views of Jomtien Beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and a quick ride to Pattaya city. The staff at the hotel were professional and made check-in/check-out a breeze.

The studio apartment on the 18th floor is tastefully designed with well-maintained facilities. The staff, led by Vlad, are professional, helpful, and always smiling. Minor problems, like the lighting issue, were promptly fixed upon notification. Most appreciated.
